For healing, you may choose the appropriate chakra pendulum for your particular ailment but you do not have to. For example, aventurine and rose quartz chakra pendulums are very good for the heart pendulum. Hold the chakra pendulum over the heart. Give the pendulum a quick prayer or command ex. I command with God (Angels, Allah, Myself) for my heart to be healed. The chakra pendulum will spin counter clockwise taking out all the bad energy from you heart and then spin clockwise to replace it with good healing energy. It may take the chakra pendulum up to 15 minutes to complete each cycle. Repeat each day until you are feeling better or lead in another healing direction. For example, you may learn the name of a cardiologist who is able to treat your heart condition or of a new herb that is good for your heart.
